1 Shipping Time

Domestic U.S. Shipping: The estimated delivery timeframe for orders within the United States is 10–15 business days.

International Shipping (Outside U.S.): The estimated delivery timeframe for international orders is 10–18 business days.

Remote/Rural Areas: Please note that delivery times for remote or rural regions may exceed the standard estimated timeframe. For detailed information regarding shipping to your specific address, kindly contact our Customer Support team for a precise consultation.

Due to the current high peak season, delivery times may incur slight delays compared to our standard estimates. Please contact our Customer Support department for assistance in quickly and accurately checking and updating your order status.

Please do not worry if your tracking number has been slow in getting updates as this largely depends on the carriers. If your tracking number has not been updated for over 30 days, kindly contact our team to request a refund for your purchase. For remote places, the shipping time might take a little longer.

Courier companies include DHL, FedEx, EMS International, UPS, USPS, and shipping couriers available in your country.

When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location.

2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of the order. For some special items that are not available at that time, it might take longer to dispatch.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
